Terms and Conditions  

• Ontario Streams staff will provide participants with an orientation to the site, health and safety protocols, appropriate training and instruction.
• Participants askowledge that electrofishing is inherently dangerous. Participation in training and subsequent electrofishing activity is done at their own risk and do not hold Ontario Streams, it's employees, volunteers, or directors responsible for any injuries that may occur.  
• Participants must report any allergies or health conditions which may affect them or limit their involvement to an Ontario Streams staff member prior to beginning the event.  
• Participants acknowledge that by taking part in this event they are representing Ontario Streams and our partners, and agree to behave appropriately.    

Photographic Release  

• I agree to grant permission for the use of images of myself captured during Ontario Streams activities; these images will be used solely for the purposes of Ontario Streams promotional material and publications, and I hereby waive any rights of compensation or ownership.
