Get outdoors, enjoy nature, and learn about the natural environment!
Ontario Streams plants thousands of native trees and shrubs each year with the help of volunteers from across the GTA. Community groups can get involved in a variety of tree planting opportunities.
Ontario Streams hosts the Adopt-A-Stream Tree Planting Program in partnership with the Regional Municipality of York, where community groups can get involved in reforesting Regional and Municipal properties.
In addition, Ontario Streams supports the City of Richmond Hill's Community Stewardship Program, offering community members the opportunity to naturalize City parks and natural areas.
If you are interested in a tree planting opportunity with your community group or school, please fill out the form below and a project coordinator will get in touch with you shortly to discuss availability.
